Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles.
- Apply paint protection film (PPF), including partial front, full front, and full-body installations.
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections before and after every installation.
- Handle customer vehicles with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with team members to keep projects on schedule and maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 3+ years of automotive window tint installation experience using hand-cut and/or pre-cut patterns.
- 3+ years of paint protection film installation experience.
- Experience with automotive detailing, vinyl wraps, or ceramic coatings (preferred but not required).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different vehicle types and installation challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
